Footprints

“One of the first conditions of happiness is that the link between man and nature shall not be broken.”
-Leo Tolstoy

I was looking at the environment and the damage humans do to the natural world, what our ecological footprint is, how archaeologists of the future might find traces of our society.

The set of images can be used as postcards or made into keychains.

Found Art

A piece made in response to the materials available to me for a found art assignment. I wanted to make a statement about investing, and how fragile it could be. I wanted to play around with different weights and looking at careful balances that the elements of the piece would convey.

A future beyond the cards

An exploration into pop-art style graphic design compositions, I wanted to look into nontraditional beliefs and how to juxtapose them. The resulting set is a reduction of the concept, in both color and spirit.

Cronell Box – Wynken, Blynken, and Nod

An art piece in the style of Joseph Cornell, known for his surrealist assemblage art, inspired by the poem “Wynken, Blynken, and Nod” by Eugene Field.
